    Sends this email to everyone who hasn’t been contacted yet — each person gets their own message with their name filled in, your booking button and your signature. It goes out in small batches, so keep this tab open until the progress bar finishes.

    Google — Sheets & Gmail

    Connect your work Google account to import private sheets, send email through the official Gmail API, and have your existing Gmail signature added to every outreach email automatically.

    Create at console.cloud.google.com → APIs & Services → Credentials → OAuth client (Web). Add redirect URI:

    easy alternative

    No Google Cloud setup needed: create an App Password at myaccount.google.com/apppasswords and emails send from your work Gmail over SMTP. Note: Gmail does not attach your signature to SMTP sends — connect Google (left) if you want it included.

    Calendly

    Bookings flip the candidate to “Booked” and push to your phone; your upcoming interviews sync into the Interviews booked tile every few minutes.

    Sending pace

    Large sends go out automatically in the background at this pace. Google Workspace allows about 2,000 messages per account per rolling 24 hours (500 on free Gmail); the defaults leave headroom for your normal email.

    Phone notifications

    Install the free ntfy app (App Store / Play Store), subscribe to a topic of your choosing, and enter the same topic here.

    Pick something hard to guess — anyone who knows the topic name can see its notifications.
